MAP Growth with EISA Score Conversion Tool

Question 1: When did your district switch to using MAP with EISA?
Question 1b: Partners are transitioning to MAP with EISA in phases by state. Please select your state so we can predict when your district transitioned. (Note: some districts chose to opt out during the first year of transition, so we encourage you to verify when your district transitioned).

Question 2: The next step requires you to upload your MAP Growth data as either a Comprehensive Data file or a Combined Data File (CDF). Do you already have your CDF on hand?

Refer to these instructions on how to use the Data Export Scheduler to access your CDF. Once you have your CDF, please change your response to this question to indicate that you are ready to proceed.

Click "Go to next step" to proceed.

Instructions

To use the tool with a Combined Data File, you should upload the single CSV file labelled ComboStudentAssessment. If the columns in your file are recognized, an option to run the concordance function and download your updated file will appear.

To use the tool with a Comprehensive Data File, you will need to upload two CSV files: AssessmentResults and StudentsBySchool. Once your first upload is recognized as either of these files, a second box will appear allowing you to upload the complementary file. Once both of the necessary files have been uploaded, an option to run the concordance function and download your updated file will appear.

The tool will not allow the upload of files larger than 32 MB. Files larger than this may be uploaded within a compressed ZIP folder so long as the compressed size is no larger than 32 MB. Contact NWEA Support if you receive a "Maximum upload size exceeded" error.

We appreciate your patience as your updated file downloads. The full process may require several minutes to complete.
